The Tech Pro jeans are constructed from heavyweight Cordura Denim which is reinforced with T400 Nylon for enhanced abrasion resistance.
The aramid fibre is a heavy weight terry knit fabric placed behind the denim fabric in the seat, hips and knee areas to give additional abrasion resistance to the areas most at risk in an accident.
The Cordura Nylon yarn is woven into the outer denim fabric to provide additional abrasion and tear resistance throughout the entire garment.Â
This construction method is expensive, but allows the jean to be AAA CE certified (the highest level) whilst still remaining lightweight and breathable.
