Welcome to a new Standard in helmet safety.. We call it FIM02 for short but the real hologated standard name is : FRHPhe-02, it's not quite as easy to say tho :)

With higher impact and rotation tests than other tests it push's the brands to go further in terms of safety.

The FIM02 has 2x test paths.. Circuit Racing and Off-Road this is so Road Race helmet can have a Visor test included..

It's very important that companies that are listing helmets as FIM approved are checked as most will actually be the previous standard or not tested at all, we have been very surprised by how many other stores and market places are listing older lids as FIM2.. to help with this FIM actually have 2x web pages that show the helmets that are approved for Road or Off Road.. All helmets you buy have a Hologram QR code on the strap and when you scan this it will take you to the site to confirm this.
