We understand that you want to receive your orders as soon as possible and always work hard to ensure that they are packed and dispatched quickly.
If you place your order before 2pm Monday to Friday, we will dispatch it the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day. Please note that it is not currently possible to dispatch packages at the weekend or on public holidays including bank holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and over the Easter weekend. Orders placed at these times will be dispatched the next working day.
From time to time, our usual swift service may be impacted by circumstances beyond our control such as extreme weather and unexpectedly high volumes of orders.
We are more than happy to recieve returns upto 30x Days after purchase if you decide the item is not for you.. It must be in original packaging and of course not have been used.. Helmet visor protective covers must also be attached and not been removed.
Return costs are down to you and we would advise a service that is Tracked/Insured as we can not refund Items that do not arrive.
You can also return the products in person to our main store in the Midlands 7x days a week.
We know that no one likes paying for delivery so we offer the following options to keep the price you pay as low as possible.
Delivery of orders under £10 will be charged at £2.50 and these will be despatched via Royal Mail
Monday to Saturday 10:00am to 5:30pm
Sunday 10:00am to 4pm
